The Big Day
Here’s what to expect on the big day! Our ceremony will begin at 4:00pm sharp, set on a magical terrace overlooking the sea. Please arrive a little early to take in the view and get settled.
After we say "I do," join us for aperitifs from 5:00pm, where there’ll be plenty of prosecco and assorted canapés to enjoy as we soak up the moment together.
Around 6:30pm, we’ll hop on a shuttle bus and head up the hill to one of Positano’s most iconic restaurants, La Tagliata, arriving by around 6:45pm.
From there, we’ll spend the rest of the night feasting on family-style Italian dishes, including fresh garden vegetables, meats from the grill, homemade pasta, and of course, wine, every cocktail you can think of, and a good dose of limoncello.
We’ll eat, drink, dance, and celebrate with a breathtaking view of Positano lit up at night.
The Dress Code
Summer Formal - Think elegant, but relaxed. Our idea of summer formal means cocktail or formal attire with a warm-weather twist. Light, breathable fabrics, summery colours, and a polished look that’s perfect for celebrating in the sun.
The Recovery
We’re so excited to be celebrating with all of you in Positano! Since many of our favourite people are traveling from near and far, we’re planning to host a relaxed get together the weekend after the wedding to keep the good times going. More details to come closer to the date—we can't wait to soak up every moment with you!
Accomodation
When booking accommodation in Positano for May 2026, you’ll find a wide range of options to suit different styles and budgets—from luxury hotels with stunning sea views to charming boutique stays and Airbnbs nestled throughout the town.
It’s worth noting that Positano is built vertically into the cliffs of the Amalfi Coast, so while many properties offer breathtaking panoramas, they may also come with a steep climb. Some accommodations are located higher up, which can mean a lot of stairs or longer walks to and from the beach and town centre.
If ease of access is important to you, especially for those bringing little ones or with mobility concerns, you might want to prioritise places closer to the main road or beach level.

Registry
Many of you are traveling across the globe to celebrate with us in Positano, so your presence means the world to us and is all we ask for.
We feel so lucky to be celebrating this special day with our loved ones from near and far. While gifts are absolutely not expected, we know many of you will still want to give something. As our families span across Scotland, Ireland, and Australia, with all the different currencies and travel logistics—we’ll be using a digital wishing well through we.lovereggie.com for those who would like to contribute. Any kind gifts will go towards helping with creating unforgettable memories on our honeymoon.
